In 2009, a small group of dedicated families came together to create a support network to improve the quality of life for children and families affected by bleeding disorders here in Hawaii. Five years later, the Hawaii Hemophilia Foundation is still working to support the Hawaii Families living with bleeding disorders.
We are very proud of our efforts and successes. HHF Played a part in enhancing care, advocating for a safe blood supply and in helping families meet the emotional and psychosocial needs.
We are thankful for your generous support of our mission.
This year, we supported nearly 30 families through our educational programs, camp and providing direct services to families.
As we reflect on the last five years, HHF is also planning for the future.
we are excited for the 2nd Annual Big Island 300 in April and the debut of our HHF & NHF Walk in September!
Please help HHF by creating a walk team and raising money for Camp Koko Ohana, our educational programs and one day a Children’s Camp.
On behalf of our HHF Board of Directors and myself, we wish you and your family a wonderful 2014!
Mahalo for all your continued support,
